383 Kent Street is a modern A Grade office building in Sydney’s CBD, originally completed in 2002 and refurbished in 2014. It is positioned above the existing carpark and has undergone a series of modern improvements.

Newmat recently contributed to the latest enhancements, starting with the ground floor lobby. By updating the recessed ceiling, Newmat helped make the space feel brighter, more open, and more welcoming for tenants and visitors.
Newmat also worked on the 14th-floor spec suite ceiling, installing a clean, modern ceiling that complements the space’s design and makes the most of its harbour views. These thoughtful updates improve the building’s look and help maintain its high standard.
Newmat would like to thank Rexel Alexandria, WMK Architecture, McCormack for another great project, Simon Whitbread and Toby Peet for their photography contributions—respectively for the ground floor and for Level 14.
