NEWMAT recently completed a circular backlit stretch ceiling at Sergio Patisserie in the new Sydney Fish Market. Set within a sculpted bulkhead sweeping down from the ceiling, our translucent membrane forms a seamless disc of soft, even light above the curved pastry counter. Thank you to Studio MKZ and Trinity Shopfitting for creating a standout fitout with an open and welcoming space.
