Newmat Australia worked on the fit out of Grant Thornton‘s office located on level 26 of 225 George Street, located in the iconic Grovesnor Place, a landmark in Sydney.
Grovesnor Place was designed by Australian architect Harry Seidler and was completed in 1987, proving what a timeless design this tower has.
Of course, since its conception, the tower has been subject to ongoing modernisation, and so has recently Grant Thornton’s office.
The recess installed above the flight of stairs welcomes you to the floor, rivalling with floods of natural light that this level has to offer. Two other translucent membranes have also been supplied and installed by Newmat Australia in one of their meeting rooms.
From the level 26, breathtaking views of the Harbour nicely complements the recess collaboratively made by Stowe, Pulvin Lighting, Aston Consulting, FDC and Newmat Australia fulfilling Bates Smart‘s vision. Thank you for a great project!
