NEWMAT’S BACKLIT CIRCULAR LIGHT STEALS THE SHOW AT NEW HQ IN CANBERRA
NEWMAT Australia was thrilled to be involved in the fit-out for Minter Ellison’s new HQ in the ACT, designed by Bates Smart, with lighting design by Electrolight, and built by Shape Australia. The new premises are situated over two levels within Constitution Place, a prominent, contemporary building in the centre of Canberra.
NEWMAT Australia’s stunning 5-metre-diameter installation is at the heart of this stunning workplace, suspended above a steel staircase of the same diameter. Our seamless translucent TX04 extra wide finish was used for this feature light, which illuminates the reception and lobby area. NEWMAT Australia specialises in backlit installations, and we designed, supplied and installed the backlighting for this project, which consists of tuneable white LED in 2200K – 6500K.
